Instruction covers: Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws. Methods of avoiding criminal attacks, safe gun handling, safe ammunition handling, ammunition nomenclature, proper storage practices for handguns and ammunition which reduce the possibility of accidental injury to a child, shooting fundamentals, concealed carry techniques, and holsters.
Equipment Needed: Valid Driver's License or Nebraska ID card, any center fire, semi automatic or revolver; 2 speed loaders or 2 Magazines(recommended) strong side belt holster and belt;
concealment garment (vest, light jacket, etc); 100 - 150rounds of quality ammo, no reloads, (no ammo in the classroom, leave it in your car until the range exercise); shooting glasses; hearing protection; pen.
