cast bullet lube recipes

bullet lube's that I have had success with
this has low smoke upon firing, works great even at high velocities....
2 tbl spn caster oil
2 tbl spn mineral oil
2 tbl spoon lard
1 tbl spn lanolin
1/3 lb bees wax
combine and cook caster/mineral on low heat for approx 15min, it will smoke so outside or garage is best, now add wax stirring until liquefied. then turn heat off first add lard, mix well the entire time, then after approx 5min no heat " but still liquid state" add and vigorously stir lanolin for approx 2-5 min..
Add or reduce wax for desired stiffness.

Old school
smokes like hell, but its cheap and easy.
Vaseline/paraffin
mix to desired stiffness, start small then add which part you need..

general thoughts on lube
anything that lubricates can be tried, have fun with this, here are a couple more simple recipes for a man with a garage "or woman" lol.

2 tbl spn trans fluid
2 tbl spn oil "not motor oil, try chainsaw blade oil, fork seal oil, etc"
cook those for 15 min
add wax "your choice bee or canning"
add wax for stiffness

auto grease "cook 15 min"
add wax
20%/80%

do you see the trend?
always cook the additives it burns off some of the stuff you dont need in it..
