review of take aim indoor range
Take aim in bellevue off 36th and 370
Ok, I met with Bob the owner, I dropped in un-announced "lol", great guy gave me the walk through, talked for a few, my impressions are he loves this "sport" first, and wants to make a profit 2nd, which in my opinion "we all have em" is important. It means he gives a damn about people "us", Just seems like a humble soft spoken gentleman. Those are my impressions of him, now onto the range and my observations of it.. first this is a brand new indoor range and as such it has the latest tech incorporated into it.
As some of you know im a fan of Wes's Bullethole range, that said, Take aim has it beat on a few levels.
1st, ventilation "very important" is top notch, the building is pressurized..lol.. Well feels like it..
2nd, the bullet stop is incredible to find anything like it that i know of you're gonna drive about 12hrs, i reported awhile back about splash back issues at bullethole, i still have some lead that bounced back to say hi, this will NOT happen at take aim.
3rd, well organized "as is bullethole" but just seems more like a family kinda feeling.
If youve been a bullethole guy "like me" and you want to try something new check this place out, i think youll be pleased..
